Only a uninstall/reinstall would revive it. shows nothing. I use this when I want to crop an image and it works well for that. I am not a heavy computer user except when it comes to photo editing, and Picture Manager makes some elements very easy and quick.

I used custom install, X everything except Picture Mgr, clicked on use from this machine and installed it. Why would they say that if it were not the case. Walter Many thanks. I had to open the heavy Photoshop program just to do very minor photo edits.
