Linux Keyboard Numpad Not Working

My keypad began behaving in exactly the same manner a few days ago and I'm running Fedora 11! It can modify the autorepeat preferences for your keyboard, and to configure typing break settings. I accessed universal access, turned off mouse keys, and the numb pad works again.

While I don't think it's GUI specific, this happens both in Gnome and KDE.
